• These are general hotel policies. As they may vary per room type; please also check the room description:
• Rates are inclusive of gorvernment taxes.
• All major cards are accepted including visa card, discovery card, master card.
• All prices are pegged to the current forex rate incase of foreign currency.
• Cheques without prior arrangement are not accepted.
• Check out time is 10:00 am.
• Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way.
• Parking is free but at owners risk.
• Pets are not allowed.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

• Booking is guaranteed upon payment of 50% deposit.
• Booking takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking
• Booking.com will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at the hotel.
• Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in the hotel cancellation policy
• No refunds for meals not taken for BB/HB/FB.
• Cancellation received within 14 days before start of reservation date---charges- 50% of deposit
• Cancellation received within 2 days before start of reservation date-- chages-75% of deposit
• 100% of deposit for cancellation done on the day of reservation

• Sharing with parents FREE for children below 3 years.
• Sharing with parents between  3 - 10 years - 50% of adult rate.
• When not sharing with parents- 75% of adult rate.
